2. Subscription Plans

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date.
Free Trials: If offered, free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining billing period.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days’ notice. Changes apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

3. Courses and Digital Products

Access: Course purchases grant you personal, non-transferable access to the course content.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on course purchases. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 14 days or if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed.
Certifications: Certification programs require completion of all modules and assessments. Certificates are issued digitally upon successful completion.

4. Community Guidelines

As a member of The Official Atabey community, you agree to:

Treat all members with respect and compassion
Keep shared personal stories and information confidential
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
Not spam, promote, or solicit within the community without permission
Not share account credentials or access with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, courses, workbooks, and downloadable materials — is the intellectual property of The Official Atabey unless otherwise stated. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any materials
Share course content, videos, or downloads with non-members
Use our branding, logos, or name without written permission

6. Health Disclaimer
